CANCELLATION POLICY

Same-Day Cancellations: If an appointment is canceled on the same day it is scheduled, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service fee. This also applies to no call/ no shows. This policy helps protect the time and income reserved for your appointment and ensures availability for other clients. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Appointments rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before will not be charged. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
